  • Arthur Linville is a former OSBI Agent and graduate of the FBI National Academy. He and his wife, Patricia Linville, have been licensed Polygraph Examiners since 1979, and have administered over 26,000 examinations. They served a total of 16 years on the Oklahoma Board of Polygraph Examiners and are both former Chairpersons of that Board. Mr. Linville has also been a Forensic Document Examiner since 1988, is a Board Certified Diplomate with the American Board of Forensic Examiners and a Life Fellow with the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute.
  • During his tenure with the OSBI, Mr. Linville served in the Narcotics, Intelligence, and General Investigation Divisions, working primarily homicide investigations. He also conducted electronic countermeasure searches to detect illegal eavesdropping devices, administered polygraph examinations and piloted aircraft. He was a CLEET Certified Basic & Advanced Law Enforcement Instructor and lectured extensively at police schools, OSBI Agent Academies, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Cadet Schools, Oklahoma Department of Corrections Academies and Criminal Justice programs at colleges and universities throughout the state. Mr. Linville received twenty-seven letters of commendation from District Attorneys, state and federal law enforcment agencies and private organizations, and was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for his work as the Agent in Charge of the OSBI Task Force Investigation of the Sirloin Stockade and Lorenz Family homicides.
